**What’s the role?**

You'll be working within a team of Customer Relations Consultant, helping customers with their superannuation, whilst tackling complex and interesting problems. You will be working in a high energy environment, that is highly structured, monitored and collaborative. You will use your strong operating rhythms and practices to connect with customers. **This is an Adelaide based contact centre role, with operating hours from Monday to Friday with a rotating roster between 8:00am and 8:00pm**.
