We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relations Manager to join our team - this is a hybrid role that can be based from any of our 30+ offices nationwide. What makes us so different from other occ rehab providers? - We invest in our people - highly experienced managers & the best onboarding in the industry - We value work/life balance - 4 "You" days extra leave, pet, volunteer & parental leave + true hybrid working - We reward your hard work - industry-leading yearly bonus on base - We shake things up - Arriba are innovators & disrupters - Our service to clients is multi-award-winning - work with us and work with some of the best in Australia As part of the Arriba Group, we were proud to be voted #1 Best Place To Work 2022 in Healthcare by the Australian Financial Review - this commitment to a quality life for our staff and clients is why. **The Role** Key aspects of the role include: - Influencing and negotiating across military networks - Supporting the learning, development and mentoring of consultants and our management team Development and implementation of systems to support compliance and performance monitoring in line with contractual and regulatory requirements - Actively driving commercial strategy across the militaryp ortfolio - advising and reporting to relevant leaders, developing business plans, growing account & contributing to strategic sales planning - Identifying future leaders and specialised consultants within Rehab Management to ensure succession planning & assist in training and development of consultants, TLs and managers Reporting to the Head of Client Relationships and Customer Experience, you are responsible for a combination of customer relationship management, new business, quality management, coaching and mentoring consultants, and company-wide strategic business planning activities & support our team to ensure service delivery meets KPIs including (but not limited to): customer SLAs, customer relationship outcomes, ensuring RTW performance is above benchmark, quality assurance, compliance with internal policies and procedures and service delivery outcomes **WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US** - **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT **Tertiary qualification in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology) & active registration with relevant peak body (AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC) - Minimum of 3 years' experience and exposure to military schemes - Experience in client relations, operational, account and project management - Strategic and national experience and mindset (cross border referrals and tenders) - Enthusiasm for business development and contract management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated experience in account growth, acquiring new and managing existing business - Exceptional influencing, negotiation and presentation skills - Strong understanding of tendering for business & contract implementation **APPLY** - Please be advised that Rehab Management requires all prospective individuals to undertake and provide satisfactory clearance of background checks and/or registered checks._ - The checks undertaken by Rehab Management include (but not limited to), police background checks & Working With Childrens check._ - Unsuccessful or unsatisfactory clearance of these checks will be taken into consideration and may result in the unsuccessful outcome of the recruitment process and/or withdrawal of any employment contract agreement made prior to commencement._
