Childcare centre in Hoppers Crossing currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist and Customer service. Initially the role will be part time with the potential to turn to full time for the right person.

The role is a front-of-house position. You will be the friendly face of our centre for all children, parents, visitors and staff. Your welcoming, positive and approachable nature will put everyone at ease as you assist them. Like all staff at Lili's Early Learning, you must be passionate about the environment and believe whole heartedly in our vision and mission.

**About the Role**
- Reporting to the manager
- Family administration
- File management
- Customer service
- First point of contact for general inquiries, enrolment inquiries, booking a tour
- Following up with the inquires and report to manager
- Work directly with marketing team and adopt their advice and recommendations
- Supports families and customers by providing them with information about our program, fee inquiries and services offered by Lili's Early Learning
- Work with our Childcare Management System (Xplor)
- You will have exemplary phone manner, be able to priorities, be flexible and adaptable
- General office work
- Administrative tasks to support team members
- Helping with breaks

**Selection Criteria**:
**Prefer to have qualification in Childcare or willing to get Cert III in childcare is a Bonus Point**
- Proficient computer skills and strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritization
- Experience with exercising confidentiality and discretion, regarding sensitive company information
- Past experience in a similar administrative or reception role
- Police Check
- holding Certificate III or Diploma in children service is Bonus Point.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
