Are you an organized, proactive, and friendly individual looking to support a dynamic team in a relaxed yet occasionally bustling environment? AVAS Support is seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to become an integral part of our small but dedicated office team.

**Position Title**: Administration Assistant/Receptionist
**Location**: Sadlier’s Crossing, QLD
**Hours**: 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (preferably 5 hours a day)
**Reports To**: CEO/COO

What You’ll Do:

- **Be the First Point of Contact**: Answer phone calls, direct them to the right people, or take messages with a smile.
- **Keep Things Running Smoothly**: Perform general office duties like printing, shredding, and ensuring our supplies (yes, even toilet paper) are always stocked.
- **Social Media Guru**: Post approved content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok and YouTube in the future. Make our social media posts shine with your keen eye for detail.
- **Event Helper**: Run errands, pick up food, and help set up for parties and events organized by management.
- **Content Creation**: Occasionally assist with filming content for our website and training materials. Basic gear, no complex software skills needed.
- **Team Player**: Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- **Qualifications**: High school diploma preferable. Willingness to pursue or currently pursuing a Certificate III in Business Administration is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous admin support experience is great but not essential. Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is a bonus.
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, especially for social media posts.
- Customer service focused with a professional and positive attitude.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.10 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
