Our client is one of Australia's most experienced onshore seismic contractors, delivering the most innovative seismic data acquisition solutions to the oil & gas, minerals, coal and research sectors.

With an enviable reputation, our client is looking to recruit an experienced AP & Payroll Officer into the Finance Team.

**About the role**

A day in the life of this role, will include some the following responsibilities:

- Process an end to end fortnightly payroll for permanent and casual employees.
- Assist with end to end Accounts Payable including processing invoices and credit notes.
- Maintains accurate and up to data for payroll files and employee records.
- Assist with related administrative duties as directed.
- Respond to any internal payroll queries.

**About you**
- 3+ years prior experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience with Attache (not essential, highly desirable).
- Prior experience with manual payroll processing.
- Intermediate / strong Excel Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices.
- Good communicator.
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative.
- A capability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships.
