Permanent Part time opportunity to join a small AP team within this hardworking business. Great chance to join an organisation with a relaxed culture and friendly environment.

As one of three Accounts Payable Officers, you will report into the Accounts Payable Team Leader and ensure accurate coding, distribution for approval and entry of invoices into the system for payment. More specifically your role will include - Data entry
- Statement reconciliation
- Month end AP accruals
- Petty cash queries
- Stock reconciliations
- Weekly banking
- Credit card reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Uploading suppliers and any other adhoc duties as required by the Manager.
- You will be able to work both autonomously while also being part of a small team. You will have outstanding communication skills along with a strong sense of customer service to both your internal and external clients.
- Ideally, you will have prior experience in a high volume, complex Accounts Payable role, preferably having used a large ERP system.
