As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple entities. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist and manage the end-to-end accounts payable function for multiple entities.
- Demonstrate proactivity and efficiency in processing high volumes of invoices.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering accurate results.
- Pay exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Receive, process, and match invoices for goods and services against raised purchase orders.
- Conduct reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely supplier statement reconciliation.
- Create payment runs for invoices that are due for payment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.** Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume accounts payable role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills.** The Role**:

- Full-Time position.
- 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
