You will grow a team of skilled Talent Sourcing Partners and enhance the strategic sourcing capability of Talent Acquisition by leveraging technology, AI and innovative strategic sourcing techniques. You will play a key role in providing access to critical skills CommBank needs to build tomorrow ’s bank today.

We follow a hybrid working model, working 50% a month in the office.

- Are confident in leading and managing stakeholders, peers and your team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Highly skill ed in strategic sourcing with demonstrated experience in designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies across multiple talent segments
- Have a track record of developing a team and strategic sourcing capability
- Preferably h ave a strong understanding of technology, product and banking talent marketplace s
- Have functional knowledge of sourcing and talent community management tools and technology
- Can confidently use multiple data sources to inform insights and recommendations
- Maintain a curious and humble attitude, challenge the status quo, and be ambitious in delivering value
