**About our Client**

Westpac Banking Corporation has appointed Korn Ferry as its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner. The partnership sees Korn Ferry RPO support talent acquisition for all Permanent and FTC recruitment across specialist and volume hiring at Westpac across Australia. This new Talent Acquisition solution will be one of the largest in Australia, with teams located at Westpac’s state-of the-art Head Office at Barangaroo in Sydney and a purpose-built Talent Delivery Centre in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
