The Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join our vibrant and innovative Sales Team.

You will help identify and connect with potential customers to discuss the extraordinary impact and value that simPRO can deliver for them, with the aim of arranging product demonstrations with members of our sales team.

This is a Brisbane-based role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

What You’ll Do-
- Ability to build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and converting outbound opportunities- The knowledge to consistently and accurately update client information records in our CRM- Active participation in weekly and monthly one-on-one and team forecast reviews, meetings and training sessions- Ability to increase pipeline through demand generation, consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline development quota- Execution of personal campaigns, activities and processes to build and nurture a pipeline of prospects, ensuring a high conversion rate to qualified lead status and- Closure of a high proportion of deals to ensure above quota results are consistently achieved- Booking of product demonstrations between simPRO and potential customers by collaborating with Account Executives / BDMs- Achievement and aptitude to exceed daily KPI’s and monthly quota.

What You’ll Bring- 1-3 years' of experience in a similar sales development role- CRM experience advantageous, particularly Salesforce- Ability to overcome customer objections using values-based discussion- Strong understanding of internet-based technologies and systems- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- High attention to detail regarding documentation and processes- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic- Operational knowledge of, or experience in, the services industry is a major plus- Proficient with Google Suite is also plus.
