Service Coordinator / Scheduler - Padstow (Maternity Leave Cover)
International Quadratics has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to assist our growing business for a 12-month maternity leave cover position.

**The Opportunity**

In this role, you would be part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties for the role include but are not limited to**:

- Answering enquiries from our customers regarding our products.
- Process customers’ requests for service.
- Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on service timeframes and technical information.
- Inputting service orders.
- Assist with recording service information and invoicing.
- Coordinating our service technicians to attend site.
- A valid driver’s licence and relevant PC skills are required
- Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
- Being a supportive team member
- Have extensive customer service experience
- Computer literate
