**About the Role**
This is an opportunity to join our client's motivated team and be a part of the companies journey. Our client is an innovative, growing business in the food industry, providing services to their clients in Brisbane (Richlands).

**Responsibilities**
As the Warehouse Manager (Leading Hand), you will report to the Logistics Manager, while leading your Warehouse Team. Your responsibilities include:

- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Manage all warehouse truck delivery activities, ensuring procedures comply with company policies.
- Prioritise and coordinate work for timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintaining a tidy warehouse and represent Health and Safety awareness.

**Requirements**:
Ideally, you have experience as a Team Leader (2IC) in a warehouse environment.
- Previous food warehouse (management) experience.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Driver's licence and Perform High Risk Work licence.
- Proficient computer skills and warehouse software.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

**Payrate and shift**
This is a permanent role, with working hours starting between 5am and 6am.
