Optimise clinical data collection, analytics, and systems to deliver insightful reporting to identify compliance gaps and process improvements across Catholic Healthcare. This is a permanent full-time position in our Clinical Governance and Safe Care team based at our support office in Macquarie Park.

Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Governance and with no direct reports, this role will be responsible for:

- Developing and optimising clinical data collection, processing, and analytics across all operational service lines (i.e. Residential Aged Care, Home and Community and Retirement Living).
- Providing insightful clinical reporting to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
- The ideal applicant will have the following:_
- Completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Technology, Business, Health or similar.
- Previous experience working within the aged care environment with a solid understanding of the industry challenges and dynamics
- Previous experience working with Health Informatics
- Strong project management skills, working to tight timeframes, prioritising, and meeting target
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office) with a detailed understanding of report generation, data management and analytics
- Expert numeracy skills
