And you’ll be part of our high performing team, where you reap the rewards of our collective success now and into the future. **About the Opportunity** The IT Business Systems - Platform Manager is responsible for overseeing platform management tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency within the D365 platform support team. The role also includes performing Scrum duties, leveraging Agile experience, and managing the product backlog to ensure successful project execution. **In this Role** - Project Management: Lead and manage D365 FO projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans. - Scrum Duties: Act as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies. - Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder requirements. - Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. - Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project demands. - Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Support: Assist the Head of Support in day-to-day operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Incident Management: Support the platform team during incidents for coordination and collaboration with other teams - Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the D365 platform support team to ensure seamless project execution and support transition. **You’re Likely a Match If** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementations - Strong knowledge of D365 FO modules and functionalities. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power BI and other Microsoft tools - Experience with Agile methodologies and performing scrum duties - Solid experience with data analysis and reporting - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. **Life at Metcash** Hybrid working arrangements - 3 days office / 2 days remote Enjoy a 5th week of annual leave every year after your first year.
