Work as a **Administration Officer for a local council in either the South East, South West or Central Victoria.**
The positions **pay $32.89-33.76 per hour** and are for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Or Part Time.
**About the role and client**
We are looking for an Administration Assistant preferably with Local Government experience/relevant experience.
This position will be dealing with general queries and requests in relation to the council. Maintaining the data base as well as answering related phone calls.
We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail and has experience using councils large software systems.
**Requirements**:
- Administration and Data Entry skills are required
- Experience using computer systems used within a council is strongly preferred for this position (TRIM, Pathway etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills is a must
- Good Microsoft Office Skills
- You must be COVID vaccinated and also willing to undergo a Police Check upon successful placement
