One of Australia's leading construction contractors is looking for a skilled Bid Coordinator

**Your new company**

Opportunity to work for one of Australia's leading construction contractors who have multiple tier one clients and are currently working on a number of prestigious projects including transport and resources infrastructure. As a construction contractor they pride themselves on both the design and build of major infrastructure projects

**Your new role**
As a Bid coordinator you will be a vital part of the pre-contracts team and will work with the Bid Manager and Business Development Managers. Duties will consist of;
- Coordination of bids/tenders
- Delivering external tender communications
- Write formal responses to expressions of interest
- Write formal responses to requests for tender
- Preparation of unsolicited proposals
- Responses to post tender information requests
- Write capability documents targeting specific clients/markets/projects

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role or field
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage time and workload
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team that delivers excellence
- Detailed knowledge and demonstrated high level experience in publishing, team management, planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Effective interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict in a high stress environment
