**About the Opportunity**:
Are you a people person with a passion for making workspaces thrive? Do you have a knack for organizing chaos and spreading positivity? We're seeking a bubbly and enthusiastic individual to join our clients HR dream team as their Human Resources Administrator.

Play an integral part with onboarding new talent to coordinating exciting team-building activities, you'll be at the heart of creating a vibrant and engaging work environment.

Your infectious energy and exceptional organisational skills will help streamline processes, nurture employee growth, and ensure the office feels like a second home. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR, fostering a supportive culture every step of the way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
- Support employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Drive employee training and development initiatives, including workshop coordination and training record maintenance.
- Provide guidance and support to employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, demonstrating comprehensive HR knowledge.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as ELMO, Chris21, Employment Hero highly desirable and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships.
