Fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a leading organisation
**Your new role**
A professional services organisation is looking for a HR Administrator with full-time availability is needed by this company. This role, which reports directly to the People & Culture Manager, obviously calls for a great degree of discretion. Your regular duties in this varied role will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing support throughout the employee life cycle, including coordination of staff on-boarding through to off-boarding, and everything in between;
- Coordinating staff inductions;
- Making sure electronic personnel files are maintained;
- Assisting in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures;
- Experience with and assistance in ongoing maintenance of the HRIS platform
- Assistance with leave management and rosters and ad-hoc tasks as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally, you’ll possess great interpersonal skills and respect for others
- Be a seasoned HR administrator with a passion for supporting people at work
- Hold a degree or be enrolled in studies related to HR
- Be proactive and able to work alone
- Have a demonstrated ability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft office 365 skills
