**HR Administrator / Data Entry**

Our Client, a leading gold mining company is seeking a superstar HR administrator to join their team. This position will be for 6 months with the potential to extend.

Working hours: Monday - Friday - Full time hours
Start date: ASAP
Location: Subiaco & working from home ( 2 days a week in the office )
Duration: 6-month assignment
Pay rate: Approx. $32ph +Super - dependent on experience

**The Role**

This position will provide administration support to the HR services team.
- Supporting the Superintendent of HR Services and team
- Updating and maintaining records
- Creating and processing various HR Contracts
- Updating HR Contracts
- Data entry
- Other duties as needed or required

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 1 - 5 years experience in an administration or HR Admin role
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly and develop skills - will be required to learn to navigate in house systems
- MUST be driven/ self motivated and have the ability to work from home
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with SAP would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organised
- Must be vaccinated
