Studio/office Coordinator

**THE ROLE**
McGregor Coxall is looking for a proactive and driven Studio Coordinator to work with our fast-paced Global Services Team. You will thrive on multi-tasking, problem-solving and dealing with people. You must be a motivated, organised team player who is friendly and approachable.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing reception duties in a professional, friendly and efficient manner including answering the phone, handling enquiries and greeting guests;
- Coordinating meetings, greet guests, take beverage orders and ensuring meeting rooms are set up;
- Maintaining office cleanliness including kitchen, meeting rooms and communal areas;
- Providing timely and efficient support to the Executive Assistant and wider team with administrative tasks;
- Coordinating new starter inductions and equipment setups
- Assisting the Executive Assistant and leadership team with all ad hoc administrative duties as required;
- Working with the Executive Assistant to plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, internal training and office exhibitions;
—Working with the Executive Assistant to organise and manage travel for the Sydney studio
**ABOUT YOU**
Successful applicants will have the following skills and personal attributes:
- 2+ years experience in office administration;
- Proficient user of Office 365;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and general tasks;
- High degree of organisation and proven time management skills;
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
- Results-focused and customer-driven;
- Enthusiastic and flexible;
- Able to learn new software systems; and
- Experience using InDesign or similar layout software is highly desirable.
