**Company Description**
TECHD Group is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Manly, NSW, delivering end‑to‑end IT solutions for small to medium businesses locally and internationally. **Role Description**
**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support**
- **Pipeline management & CRM** - update and maintain the HubSpot CRM, track leads and opportunities and prepare regular sales reports.
- **Quoting & proposals** - assist the sales team with preparing hardware, software and project quotations, proposals and service catalogues.
- **Lead qualification & follow‑up** - liaise with prospects generated through marketing activities; qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for senior consultants.
- **Customer relationship management** - ensure timely responses to client enquiries, coordinate hand‑offs between sales and technical teams and support contract renewals.
**Marketing**
- **Content creation** - draft and schedule social posts, assist with website content updates and maintain marketing collateral such as case studies and brochures.
- **Event coordination** - organise webinars and client events, manage event registrations and follow up with attendees.
- **Analytics & reporting** - monitor engagement metrics (open rates, click‑through rates, social reach) and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
**General Administration**
- Provide light administrative support to ensure smooth office operations (e.g., meeting coordination, travel arrangements and maintaining accurate records).
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accuracy of marketing budgets and coordinate purchase orders related to marketing and sales activities.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in marketing and/or sales support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in customer‑facing situations.
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Office 365**, HubSpot CRM, Mailchimp and social media platforms.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn in a technical environment.
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ year’s experience in a marketing, sales support or office administration role.
- Experience in IT services or a technical environment is advantageous.
**Additional Requirements**
- Australian work authorisation.
- Willingness to work **100 % on‑site** at our Manly, NSW office.
- NSW Police background check.
**What We Offer**
- **Competitive salary**: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
- Full‑time position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 am - 5:30 pm).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
