Our Outside School Hours Care service at **Moreton Bay College** is seeking a **Lead Educator** to support our growing team

**About the role**

Working with a team of Educators, you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years:

- Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite

**Who are we looking for?**

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children

**Qualifications**
A Diploma or higher-level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or Actively working towards is a requirement of this role.
