**The Position**

We are currently recruiting mine site cleaning supervisors to join our team on the Tanami Mine Site Village.

Our mine site cleaners are responsible for cleaning all communal buildings and facilities on the mine site, this includes bathrooms, waste removal, basic grounds keeping and more. It is a physically demanding role that does require the use of a range of cleaning equipment across an 11 hour shift, therefore a good level of fitness is required.

As the mine site cleaning supervisor, you are responsible for the day to day operation and supervision of up to 15 cleaners.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Previous management experience essential
- Training new employees
- Current Drivers license
- Previous FIFO cleaning experience highly regarded
- Covid vaccine and booster requirements
- Comfortability in working 14 days on site, 11-12 hour days
