Southern Cross Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company owned and operated by Western Australians.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner professional to join our growing team as a Zone Supervisor. This position requires someone with vast commercial cleaning experience and knowledge.

Most hours are in the afternoon and evening, Monday to Friday; however, this can vary depending on operational needs. You will be given a company car and mobile phone for work use.

The position is full-time employment and requires someone who communicates well and has extensive experience as a head cleaner, supervisor, area manager, or contract manager in the commercial cleaner industry. We want someone looking for long-term employment and the opportunity to grow and develop skills. Please note you will be required to pass a Police Integrity Check for this position.

**Key Responsibilities of this role**:

- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Provide coverage for cleaning shifts as required.
- Review and update cleaning scopes of work to maintain relevance and compliance.
- Ensure the highest standards of commercial cleaning across multiple sites.
- Operate cleaning machinery proficiently and safely.
- Comply with all Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and guidelines.
- Take full responsibility and accountability for all assigned tasks.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Cleaning Industry.
- Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and supporting cleaning personnel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work flexible hours on weekdays, days or evenings.
