Southern Cross Cleaning is a Western Australian owned and operated commercial cleaning company.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaning professional to join our growing team as a **Cleaning Supervisor**. This position requires an individual with experience in commercial cleaning.

Most hours are in the afternoon and evening, Monday to Friday; however, this can vary depending on operational needs.

You will be provided with a company car, fuel card and mobile phone for work use.

The position is full-time and requires someone with exceptional communication skills. Your experience as a head cleaner, supervisor, area manager, or contract manager in the commercial cleaning industry will be beneficial in this role.

We are looking for an individual who is seeking long-term employment and wants to work with a company that will provide the opportunity to grow in your role and develop skills.

Please note you will be required to pass a Police Integrity Check for this position.

**Key Responsibilities of this role**:

- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Provide coverage for cleaning shifts as required.
- Ensure the highest standards of commercial cleaning across multiple sites.
- Operate cleaning machinery proficiently and safely.
- Comply with all Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and guidelines.
- Take full responsibility and accountability for all assigned tasks.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the Commercial Cleaning Industry.
- Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and supporting cleaning personnel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work flexible hours on weekdays, days or evenings.
