Southern Cross Cleaning is a Western Australian owned and operated commercial cleaning company. We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Cleaning Manager to join our growing team as an Area Manager.

Southern Cross Cleaning is seeking to hire an experienced Client Service Manager/Area Manager to manage multiple cleaning contracts throughout the Perth metropolitan,

There is a requirement for Area Managers to work some mornings, days and evening shifts depending on priorities each week.

**_Key Duties: _**
- Scheduling & Undertaking cleaning Audits
- Identifying and Rectifying issues raised
- Facilitate Training
- New site set up's and training
- WHS Audits
- Coordinating relief employees, staff changes and staff leave
- Relief cleaning (if required)
- Management meetings
- Direct management of Cleaning Supervisor
- Taking responsibility and accountability with all tasks

**_Skills and Requirements: _**
- Advanced knowledge of Commercial Cleaning Industry
- Good time management
- The ability to manage cleaners and cleaning personnel
- Great communication skills
- Driver’s License
- The right to work in Australia
- A ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours weekdays, mornings, days or evenings
