About The OpportunityProgrammed Facility Management are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our Village Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Village Management, Catering, Transport, Cleaning and Utility services to a well-known Mining Company situated in the Mid-West, WA.Benefits Provided$94K + Super on an 8D6X Roster, with Benefits Program and Corporate DiscountsJob security with long term rosters, working in an essential industry for a well-known Mining Company located at Golden Grove, YalgooUniforms / PPE and AccommodationAn Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a range of support and counselling services for any issue, personal or work relatedKey ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for Supervision of multiple Housekeepers & Minesite Cleaners, ensuring the cleaning and general upkeep of >600 Accommodation Rooms, Village and/or Minesite facilities are maintained on a daily/rostered basis. Support to the Team will be required, in addition to ad hoc to the Village Team is occasionally required.Duties include:Build and maintain a professional relationship with all Stakeholders, including Client and ContractorsFollowing Site Cleaning Policies and Procedures are adhered too at all timesDesignated work, service and living areas are held to a high standard of cleanlinessHousekeeping of Residents rooms within the Village environment as per schedule; stripping and making beds, removing, and replacing linen/towels, cleaning ensuites and all ablutionsMinesite Cleaning of Site offices and facilities, crib rooms and all ablutionsManaging daily schedules, achieving completion targets within allocated timeframesActioning maintenance requests/issues and responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests completed in a timely manner, where requiredMaintain appropriate storage and use of ChemicalsMaintain accurate financial, maintenance and inventory recordsEnsure adequate supplies of cleaning materials/consumables levels are availableComplete EOM stock take auditsOverseeing laundry duties, such as removal and replacement of linen/towels, sorting, folding and storageManage and support a 15+ Team, providing on the job training for New and Existing Employees and ensuring Payroll items are completed on timeAssist other departments from time to time, if requiredAbout YouTo join our team, you will have previous cleaning experience and be highly organized, possessing strong time and priority management skills.
