We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Officer to work within Health Services for 3-month Belmont based opportunity, with potential to extend or become permanent.

**Location: Belmont**
**Contract Start dates: ASAP**
**Contract end date: 3 months with possibility of extension / permanency**
**Pay rate: $38 per hour plus super**

**Hours: 38 hours per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm**

**Key requirements**:
Over 5 years in a senior administrative position with advanced administrative skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong abilities in report writing
Experience working with Internal audit requirements (either through study or employment)
Understanding and proven use of a central records system
Use of a complaints and quality management system
Understanding of the Privacy Act
Experience working with an ISO
Ability to liaise with various stakeholders internal and external
Ability to pass a national police clearance

**Key duties of role**:
Maintenance of Quality Management System & Accreditation to ISO 9001:2015
Conduct call handling reviews
- Ensuring KPI's met and to ensure compliance
Requests for Information and Access to Patient Records
Central Complaints Management and disputes
Permit data base - ensuring permits are up to date and renewed as required

**Desired requirements**:
Qualified ISO 9001-2015 Auditor
Certificate 4 Business or equivalent business experience
Auditing a Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015
