About the role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to guide our Early Learning team in delivering outstanding care and education. In this role, you'll provide both strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and service excellence across our centres.

With a strong background in delivering person-centred, high-quality services, you bring the confidence to lead innovation, champion continuous improvement, and ensure excellence in compliance. You thrive on driving change, inspiring others, and influencing outcomes that make a real difference for children, families, and communities. In addition, you will also possess:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Childhood Education or Early Childhood
  • Bachelors level qualification or significant relevant experience
  • Relevant Senior Leadership experience within the Early Learning sector
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Drivers Licence
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)

About the benefits

You'll become part of an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming Western Australian organisation passionately committed to making a meaningful impact in the local community. Our MercyCare Promise is focused on ensuring our people are connected and empowered to make a positive difference in the heart of our communities.

As a valued team member, you'll also enjoy access to:
