Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity, strategy, and data come together to create winning results? If so, Metcash is looking for someone like you to join our team for an exciting **6-month contract**, supporting iconic brands like IGA and our independent retailers. **In this Role** - Lead and execute paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimisation strategies to enhance results. - Develop and run data-driven experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and influence future strategies. - Collaborate with the team on creative and strategic discussions to deliver integrated campaigns. - Create performance dashboards for stakeholders and stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices. **You’re Likely a Match If*** - 4+ years’ experience in a similar digital performance role. - 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Meta. - Excellent attention to detail, communication and analytical skills. - Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines **Life at Metcash** Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
