Paid Media Lead

We are looking for an exceptional, ambitious Paid Media Lead with a passion for delivering high performing campaigns and exceptional digital marketing outcomes.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across multiple business units.
What you’ll do
Responsible for developing and implementing paid media strategy and programs of work
Responsible for increasing performance in paid media channels based on strategic objectives
Ensure full delivery and performance standards of advertising campaigns are met
Keep up to date with the paid media landscape and share knowledge with wider internal teams Report
Analyse paid media campaign performance and produce robust post campaign analysis with actionable optimisation recommendations
Be data-driven, develop rigorous reporting, monitoring and testing strategies to improve engagement/performance
Provide recommendations to improve weekly and monthly performance reports and analytics improvement opportunities
Innovate, coach and build a culture that nurtures a high-performing and engaged team
Train, develop and encourage cross-training and upskilling a team of paid media specialists
Proactively share and improve paid media knowledge, processes, practices, and ways of working
What you’ll bring
Minimum 6-8 years' experience digital paid media channels
2 years of experience in a strategic role managing digital paid media channels
Able to synthesise data, explain it clearly and make data-driven recommendations and decisions
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
A proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns and projects, conflicting priorities and project scopes
Be self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally
Excellent planning, organisation, time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
Technical Knowledge - Meta Business Manager / Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads; (GDN/SEM/SA360); Programmatic; (Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and/or similar platforms); Google Analytics; Google Tag Manager Experience
Retail and/or FMCG experience strongly desired
Experience leading and coaching a team is advantageous
