**Domino's Delivery Driver Job Description**

**Position**: Delivery Driver
**Location**: Scarborough, WA

**Job Summary**

Domino's Delivery Drivers are the face of our brand, delivering hot, fresh pizzas and excellent customer service to our valued customers. This role requires efficiency, reliability, and a positive attitude to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Delivery Duties**:

- Deliver orders promptly and safely to customers’ locations within the assigned area.
- Follow all driving laws and company safety guidelines.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers courteously and professionally.
- Handle customer queries and concerns, escalating them to the store manager when necessary.
- **Store Support**:

- Assist in-store during downtime, including preparing orders, restocking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, such as ensuring the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Collect payment (cash, card, or app) accurately and securely.
- Report and deposit cash according to company policies.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with the store team to ensure smooth delivery operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Essential**:

- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (or company-provided vehicle, if applicable).
- Ability to read maps or use GPS navigation systems
- **Desirable**:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 18 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
