**Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Assistant to support BallyCara Chefs in the preparation of food for residents including helping to maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen. This is a wonderful opportunity to not only prepare a nutritious meal but also to have the opportunity to see the happy faces of our Residents when you serve them your well-prepared meals.

We also run a food delivery service for our independent living residents in our Village of Friends. You will have the opportunity to drive around the Village to deliver meals, all you need is a current driver's license.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Food preparation
- Kitchen operations
- Ensure strict hygiene standards are maintained
- Help maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Knowledge of food handling and preparation
- Ability to carry out tasks with limited supervision
- Participate as a team member and establish effective working relationships
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities and follow directions
- Experience in a similar position is highly desirable
- Current C Class driver's license
