We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of creative, data-driven marketing initiatives across our brands.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in supporting the marketing team with the planning, creation, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

You will assist in coordinating campaigns, developing and scheduling content, producing EDMs, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of marketing performance and brand presence. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms

• Create, schedule, and publish content for social media and website platforms

• Develop and deliver EDM campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp

• Contribute to copywriting and creative concepts for advertising, content, and promotions

• Support internal reporting to help track campaign performance and KPIs

• Collaborate with external agencies, developers, and internal teams to ensure alignment across campaigns

• Provide general support across daily marketing activities and brand initiatives

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing, organised in their approach, and keen to continue learning. While previous experience is an advantage, a proactive mindset and willingness to contribute are just as important.

Ideally, you will have:

• Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing or digital roles (agency or in-house)

• A good understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar digital tools

• Experience creating and managing EDM campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp

• Strong communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail

• Confidence working with data, reports, and campaign performance metrics

• Effective time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work well with both internal teams and external partners

• Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential
