We have been retained by the Board & CEO of this privately owned business to identify and acquire a high calibre Operations & Supply Chain Executive. With revenues fast approaching $100m pa they design, manufacture and install premium products within a niche but growing market segment. The opportunity to extend their reach within A&NZ and internationally is firmly on the agenda.

A 'people first' leader with
**a track record of leading teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement is key.** Based in South West Sydney with additional responsibility for leading and developing manufacturing operations in New Zealand (the ability to travel is critical).

Reporting to the CEO, as a key member of this Trans-Tasman ELT you will provide clear leadership and direction across two plants and a workforce of 150+ employees. You have a passion for developing best practice and driving operational efficiencies whilst maintaining quality and timely delivery of products to customers. You will work in close partnership with the CFO and Sales & Marketing Director, prior experience of developing S&OP and IBP would be advantageous along with capital works and plant enhancement.

This position would suit either a seasoned operator or an emerging Executive from a larger business looking for a broader mandate in a smaller business. Ideally, you will have Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field; and be passionate about developing best practice through operations where quality, safety and people are your focus. This growing business will require an innovator who will respectfully challenge NPD, Suppliers and Sales whilst always thinking how do we service our customers on time and in the most efficient way.
