**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our high performing Finance department. This **Full-Time** opportunity will work across all entities under the Wests Group, responsible for providing accounts support. Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Assist with the processing of high volume accounts payable
- Ensure appropriate manager approvals are received prior to processing
- Assist with the processing of payment runs and upload to bank
- Collate information to reconcile and process credit card statements
- Export beverage invoices and import to stock system
- Liaise with creditors when required
- Assist with the processing of invoices
- Assist with account reconciliations

**About you**
