**The opportunity to join our team**
- We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our high-performing Wrap team. As one of 5-6 Delivery Managers supporting 15+ Agile squads, you’ll take ownership of 2-4 critical streams of work spanning regulatory, product, and technology change.
- In this role you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver quality outcomes that align to our change roadmap. You’ll bring strong Agile delivery experience, people leadership, and a passion for driving impactful change.
- As a Delivery Manager her at Insignia Financial, you will:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives across your workstreams
- Ensure your teams deliver outcomes aligned to strategy, on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and tech leads to enable seamless delivery
- Coach, develop and lead a high-performing Agile team
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and delivery progress
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across streams
- Champion continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Ensure quality, compliance, and governance standards are met across all initiatives
- Manage vendor partnerships and support financial tracking against plan targets

**What You Bring to This Role**
- We’re looking for an experienced technology Delivery Manager, with key skills including:

- Proven experience leading delivery of complex tech and change programs
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and risk management capability
- A passion for coaching and developing teams to achieve their best
- Experience working across regulatory, product and/or tech initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
- You’ll report to the Technology General Manager, and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that thrives on delivering value. This is a great opportunity to influence and drive meaningful change across a critical business area.
