Are you ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a dynamic **Delivery Manager** to lead the charge in delivering key provider propositions and initiatives that will transform and enhance our healthcare networks.

Reporting to the Head of Provider Strategy and Delivery, this is your chance to be at the heart of innovations that drive Medibank’s healthcare value, system sustainability, and exceptional provider and customer experiences.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate across multiple hubs and squads to refine, prioritise, and implement high-impact propositions, including the expansion of our No Gap Network and new funding initiatives for hospitals and medical specialists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead X-Hub Committees to ensure effective delivery and resolve any conflicts.
- Embed governance processes, including funding submissions, reporting, and backlog management, in alignment with legislation and policies.
- Drive collaborative planning, prioritising work based on team capacity and capability.
- Integrate into cross-functional squads to secure resources and streamline delivery.
- Establish effective working principles across the enterprise to ensure seamless delivery of key initiatives.
- Foster collaboration with delivery partners and stakeholders to enhance partnerships and drive success.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Degree qualified in commerce, economics, finance, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience in business strategy development (consulting or internal roles)and or project management. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Proven success in structured problem solving, analysis, and facilitating group discussions.
- Strong track record in managing senior stakeholder relationships and navigating conflicting interests.
- Exceptional financial analysis and business case development skills, including forecasting and scenario modeling.
- Confident and clear communicator, with the ability to present to senior leaders and "read the room."
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a difference
