We at Chandler Macleod have an exciting Manager, People & Change opportunity available through one of our highly reputable clients located in Burwood East.

The Manager, People & Change is responsible for championing and driving the organisation's people strategy.

Skills and Experience

Essential- Strong analytical and research capabilities.- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.- High-level oral, interpersonal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate detailed advice and coaching to leaders in a fast-paced complex industrial environment.- Contemporary HR knowledge and ability to advise on Agreements, legislation, HR processes and policies.- Demonstrated ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships with peers and leaders within the business.- Strong risk focus- Strong consulting, change, and project management capabilities.- Highly accountable self-starter with a continuous improvement motivation and service mindset.- The successful applicant must satisfy the National Police Records Check standard that includes fingerprinting.

Desirable- Track record of ability to deal with conflict situations in a rational and constructive manner, including the analytical ability to identify and analyse problems and formulate and implement appropriate courses of action.- Ability to perform with competing deadlines, respond quickly to urgent/important requests and achieve effective results within, given and at times tight time frames.- Experience within 24/7 critical service environments
- Experience working within the public sector.

**Qualifications**:
Essential- A Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience in a senior HR, change or transformation role.

Desirable- Post graduate study in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline.- Registration with relevant professional bodies/associations such as AHRI.- Accreditations in change management methodologies and frameworks.- Mercer job evaluation- Coaching accreditation
