**The Role**

The role of PA to the Director of People & Culture / Administration Assistant is a part-time (0.8 FTE), permanent position, providing direct support to the Director of People & Culture as well as providing HR administrative assistance to the Team.

You will be working in partnership with a Director who is welcoming, honest and trusting, and will ensure you feel valued, supported and positively challenged in your role.

We are a team of hard workers, but we always make it an important part of our culture to share fun and celebrate personal success.

**_Whilst the role is to be worked on-site, we are open to discussing some flexibility._**

**About You**

This role would suit an experienced PA, or an individual with sound experience supporting the administrative and operational needs of a busy, dynamic Department.

Skills in HR administration would be advantageous, but are not essential.

Key to this role will be your ability to effectively manage the flow of incoming and outgoing communications for the Director of People & Culture, excellent diary management skills, strong task prioritisation and organisational ability, and administrative expertise (particularly across the Microsoft Office Suite).

You will also offer excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and nurture positive stakeholder relationships across the College.
