**How will I help?**

An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious and motivated person to build a career within Commercial Banking as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, in this busy portfolio in Industry Banking, you will be dealing with commercial customers.

Our Account Executives play an important role in helping with everything from portfolio management and maintenance, relationship management, credit submissions and deal structuring to financial analysis. Your financial insights and strong written and verbal communications skills will not only be integral to managing the banks customer relationship but also assist in managing internal risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial requests. You will conduct financial performance analysis, and regularly review portfolios to make sure the best quality credit is maintained, while making sure the relationships we have with our commercial clients are kept in just as good shape.

**What do I need?**

You will have obtained a degree in finance or accounting.

You will be keen to start on career journey with the bank, developing your customer management skills as well as learning how to lend money and developing your skills on anlaysing and structuring credit transactions for commercial customers.

You’ll also be a natural communicator as well as an insightful, strategic thinker, and will act as the point of contact to clients, working with their daily questions and inquiries. We are looking for confidence, a willingness to learn, and someone who can work well in a high performing team.

You will be driven, highly organised, goal orientated.
