**Type**: Casual - Fulltime

**Role**:
As a key member of our team, you will take charge of the day-to-day operations of our product listings across various countries on Amazon and eBay platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, including but not limited to uploading new products, maintaining existing listings, updating images, prices, inventory, tags, titles, as well as managing bundling and de-bundling of products. Additionally, you will handle tasks such as brand registry, Enhanced Brand Content (EBCs), and generating listing reports. Given the volume of our listings, proficiency in managing products is essential. Furthermore, effective communication with Amazon to resolve any listing errors or issues will be part of your duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising product listings on Amazon/eBay markets
- Create and optimize product listings using Amazon's Flat File template. Accurately enter product information, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, and other required details, and ensure compliance with Amazon's guidelines and best practices.
- Building product templates in Excel for each market (loading content, pictures, handling device compatibility, dealing with listing issues, keywords, stock/price updates, EBCs, listing reports, bundling/de bundling products, managing templates for different product categories)
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings.

**You must have**:

- Experience with product listing with either Amazon or eBay.
- Proficiency in managing Amazon and eBay product listings, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML coding, including experience with creating and managing product templates.
- Familiarity with Amazon's Flat File template and other listing management tools.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and the ability to implement best practices to optimize product listings for visibility and search ranking.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and procedures.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call
