The Role:

You will report to the National Operations Manager to perform the following duties:

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide the highest level of customer service and communication
• Coordinate the flow of timely information to and from our customers
• Answer customer calls, service queries, provide updates and ETAs
• Plan and dispatch trucks in accordance with customer timeframes and workloads
• Develop relationships with our drivers, sales staff and key customers
• Communicate effectively with drivers to resolve transport issues as they arise
• Liaise with fleet allocators to ensure all delivery requirements are adhered to
• Use initiative to find customer focused solutions
• Actively engage in a culture of business improvement
• Ensuring all deliveries are DIFOT

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Timber yard experience will be highly regarded
• Available 5 days (Monday – Friday).
• Possesses an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude, always taking pride in their own work
• Has the ability to follow procedures whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Is consistently punctual and reliable
