Accounts Officer, 3 month temp assignment - possible extension, Geelong, Junior/Entry Role, $34PH + Super
**Your new role**
As an experienced Accounts Officer you will be responsible, but not limited to the following:

- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
- AR Duties
- Processing payments
- Matching invoices with purchase orders & resolving any queries
- Liaising with suppliers regarding accounts & setting up new accounts
- Reconciliations
- Management of AP inbox
- Performing ad hoc tasks as required by your supervisor

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Qualifications in accounting or finance would be desirable
- Demonstrated experience in a previous role
- Knowledge of various software programs
- Ability to generate and interpret data reports
- Skilled communicator
