**The Opportunity**

The Completions Lead is responsible for the development and managing the Project Completions System whilst ensuring that best practice techniques are adopted to reflect the commitment to the highest standards in Quality Assurance, Completions requirements and is responsible for contributing to the effectiveness of project/s by providing robust document and data control services that support and enable project completions and handover.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Develop and maintain the Project Completions system in line with Project requirements
- Coordinate and monitor quality, testing, completions, and handover activities
- Provide guidance, support, coaching and/or mentoring on handover requirements
- Client Liaison as necessary to establish documentation requirements in line with Quality Managers guidelines
- Liaison with the engineering and supervisory teams to ensure relevant documentation is being completed and compiled quickly and efficiently including As Built/Redline drawings submission, Concrete/Grout compaction Reports/Material Certificates.
- Interaction and communication with clients and all levels of management
- Provide reporting information as required by Project Management

**Requirements to be successful**
- Experience working in a systems role or project information deliverable role
- Minimum 5 years Completions experience at a high level in a construction/mining industry
- Current drivers’ licence
