**About the Role**:
Have you been contemplating a change of scene, or wanting to dip your toes in the health / aged care sector? It’s an industry that will only keep growing, evolving and is also quite interestingly complex. If it’s variety you’re seeking, we can guarantee that no two days will be the same.

In this role you will be working closely with department managers and the HR team. You’ll be drawing upon your knowledge of legislation, Enterprise Agreements & Awards.

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home one or two days a week.

**We'll also be asking you to**:

- Advise on performance management.
- Assist Human Resource Business Partners in providing advice to managers & staff on employment conditions, Enterprise Agreements & policies.
- Assisting in monthly workforce reports.
- Develop action plans for recurring workforce issues.
- Assist Human Resource Business Partners Oversee complex ER cases through to completion.
- Support recruitment as requested.

**About you**:
You excel in, and enjoy influencing, consulting, negotiating and building productive working relationships. You will be able to manage the variety that comes through our HR Inbox and enjoy providing an exceptional customer experience to our employees.

**Success in this role, and job satisfaction will be greatly ensured if you have**:

- 3-5 years working in a Generalist HR role.
- A working knowledge of employment law & HR best practice.
- Ability to analyse, problem solve & resolve disputes.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks.
- Experience in consultation and provision of advice to business leaders.
- The confidence to coach, lead & educate leaders around good people practice.
