Corporate Brand Manager

**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal movement, we have an exciting opportunity within our Nestlé marketing and communication team for an experienced Marketer to join as a Corporate Brand Manager on a **permanent part time basis (4 days per week).
**Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Insights, as the Corporate Brand Manager, you will work on the development of the 3-year corporate brand strategy leveraging consumer insights to build effective communication and bring to life an overarching Nestlé brand framework for the brands and the corporate brand to leverage.

You will be digitally savvy and a highly motivated self-starter who wants to make a difference to our corporate brands’ reputation. This will provide great exposure to regional and local stakeholders.

**A day in the life of...**:
A day in the life can look like:

- Implementing growth strategies via 3-year brand plan and yearly implementation plan
- Creating local adaption of the brand essence, vision and manifesto
- Creating strategies to win the hearts and minds of consumer sentiment towards Nestlé
- Creating effective corporate brand strategies in collaboration with the category brands to delight consumers and shoppers
- You will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance of our Nestlé website as well as creating a presence on our various social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- You will help deliver cross functional alignment to aligned brand strategies and implementation plans

**What will make you successful**:

- We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pragmatic, a team player, upholds high integrity, and is results focussed.
- You will be tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial acumen and hands-on digital marketing experience.
- You will have strong communication and relationship building skills are essential for this role, as you will need to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party providers across Australia and New Zealand.
