About us:
Indoz Homez Pty Ltd was found in 2019 with the goal of building new homes, investment properties, granny flats and renovations. We strive to provide a simple, stress-free experience that delivers the client’s ultimate outcome. We pride ourselves with fostering strong relationships with our clients and creating a collaborative and supportive work environment. Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking a full-time office administrator.
Position overview:
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and organising project documentation, contracts, and work orders.
- Coordinating project schedules and timeline with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry and document management.
- Managing correspondence with suppliers, vendors and clients.
- Ability to use the customised Indoz Portal (training provided).
**Experience**:
- Experience as an office administrator, preferably within the construction industry (required).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to read plans and specifications (required).
- Strong computer competency including proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry processes (required).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
