Midland Toyota has a rewarding career opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our vibrant collaborative team.

As an Administration Officer your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for new and pre-owned vehicles for the dealership.  This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.  

ROLE

  • Deal Processing for New and Used Vehicles
  • Experience in Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries
  • Vehicle licensing and Deal Costings
  • Archive and File Paperwork
  • Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

YOU

  • Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
  • A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills orally & written
  • Self-motivated and task driven.
  • Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
  • Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
  • Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is Advantageous
