This exceptional opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is confident enough to drive and increase business opportunities. Working directly with Strata Managers you will be creating new business strategies, following up with jobs on hold and ensuring contracts are signed and actioned. You will be responsible for re
- connecting with lapsed clients, ensuring all reporting is up to date and all of our stakeholders receive an exceptional service. You will be attending the right functions, networking, giving presentations, building and harvesting successful relationships with conversion of those relationships into real and meaningful results.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Drive and create new business direct with Strata Management companies
- Be relentless in the development and execution of a strong and disciplined BD plan
- Understand and exceed set KPI with creating new quoting opportunities for the business
- Develop relationships with key clients and lapsed clients to drive sales
- Communicate & negotiate with strata Managers and Owners Corporations
- Grow, expand and develop new business opportunities
- Assist to push jobs on hold to ensure these are won and contracts are signed by OCs
- Analise data from PowerBi to create strategy around new and existing business
- Leadership experience overseeing multiple stakeholder engagement
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Identifying key gaps for business development opportunities
- Understanding of financial aspects of the business and reporting
- Ability to create accurate monthly forecast
- Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
- Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
- Implement problem solving strategies
**To be successful in this role you will have previous Building Management experience and demonstrate the following**:
- Ability to manage and drive business development
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understand and drive the sales process
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to think outside the box to achieve results
- Proven track record of in driving profitable sales growth and strong commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Current motor vehicle license
- Project management skills desirable but not essential
